Who We Are
Capital Smart Projects began operations in 2020 in Nairobi, Kenya. Initially started with construction projects including project management Low cost housing , cottages and recently construction of industrial go-downs.
The management team headed by David Nene have vast experience in the construction industry having worked on various capacities over the last 30 years. They bring a wealth of experience having worked on various projects in Kenya , Uganda , Malawi, Ethiopia, Rwanda , Tanzania , Ghana and Nigeria. You could say that we bring a wealth of our African experience useful when dealing with people from different backgrounds. The work has ranged from interior fit outs, branding projects , large exhibition stands , civil construction and project management.
Commodities
The company has also expanded into the provision of various commodities supplied to various international customers using an extensive network of reliable and genuine suppliers.
Amongst the commodities supplied include non GMO maize, sugar both icumsa 45 and 600-1200, various legumes , Arabica coffee and tea sourced from our very own Kenyan highlands.
The company also has plans to enter the green space by the manufacture and supply of bio mass briquettes and charcoal briquettes.
We are currently located on our own facility in Nairobi in the bustling area close to our major airport and major eastern by pass known as Embakasi. The space serves as both storage and as a production facility.
